OUR PROCESS

There are only two things you need to do:

We start by learning about your business and reviewing any existing Chart of Accounts (COA) to identify improvements. Then, we develop a customized COA plan based on your financial reporting needs.

Sign Contract

We send you a contract proposal for your review. You share your changes or suggestions - we’re happy to tailor it to your needs. Once we are aligned on the terms, we finalize everything with e-signature to keep things smooth, secure, and official.


We will handle the rest!

Account Lead

You will be assigned a dedicated Account Lead who will personally guide you through each step of the process, providing hands-on support until your setup is fully complete.

Client Portal

You will be provided access to a client portal where you will be able to securely attach documents, track the progress of your COA setup, and other related projects.

Structuring Your COA

We organize your financial data into clear categories like assets, liabilities, equity, revenue, and expenses—customized to fit your industry.

Software Integration

We set up your COA in your accounting platform, map transactions to the right accounts, and automate classifications where possible for efficiency.

Review & Training

We review the setup with you, provide training on how to use your COA, and share best practices for ongoing financial management.

Ongoing Support & Optimization

As your business or organization evolves, we offer periodic reviews, updates, and expert support to keep your COA aligned with your growing financial needs.
