Sign Your Service Agreement
We send over a straightforward service contract outlining the scope of the cleanup, timeline, and deliverables. Review it, share any questions, and we'll finalize everything with e-signature. Clean and official — just like your books will be.

Share Access to Your Accounting Software
You provide us with secure access to your QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, or whichever platform you use. We establish encrypted access in full compliance with industry-standard security protocols — your financial data stays protected throughout the entire process.

Diagnostic Review
Before we touch anything, we do a thorough assessment of your books. We identify every inconsistency — miscategorized transactions, missing entries, unreconciled accounts, duplicate records, and anything that doesn't add up. You'll know exactly what we found and what we're going to fix.

Full Cleanup & Reconciliation
This is where we do the heavy lifting. Our team works through your backlog systematically — categorizing transactions correctly, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, correcting errors, and organizing your records in strict accordance with US GAAP standards. Every period, every account, until your books are accurate from start to finish.

Internal Quality Review
Once the cleanup is complete, every account goes through a rigorous internal review before anything is finalized. We verify that balances are correct, reconciliations are complete, and the books are ready to stand up to scrutiny — whether for tax filing, an audit, or simply your own peace of mind.

Delivery & Cleanup Summary
You receive fully cleaned, reconciled books along with a Cleanup Summary Report — a clear breakdown of what we found, what we corrected, and where everything now stands. No mystery, no surprises. Just clean books and complete transparency.
