There are only two things you need to do:

Book a Consultation

Sign Contract
We send you a contract proposal for your review. You share your changes or suggestions - we’re happy to tailor it to your needs. Once we are aligned on the terms, we finalize everything with e-signature to keep things smooth, secure, and official.

Secure Data Collection
We collect your financial documents and configure encrypted access to your accounting software, ensuring a smooth, secure reconciliation process that fully complies with industry-standard security protocols.

Client Portal
You will be provided access to a client portal where you will be able to securely attach documents, track the progress of your onboarding, account reconciliation, and other related projects.

Account Lead
You will have an Account Lead assigned to you in case you have questions and clarifications about your account/s.

Account Reconciliation
We reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure your financial records reflect accurate balances.

Reporting & Review
You’ll receive detailed reconciliation reports and a financial health check, along with a final review to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Ongoing Support
We offer monthly or quarterly reconciliation services, keeping your records audit-ready while providing expert support whenever you need it.
