Accurate Form 990 Filing
There are only two things you need to do:

Book a Consultation
For new clients, we begin with a consultation to understand and assess your 990 needs. This would include identifying the timeline and other dependent projects like reinstatement, state filings, or a compilation.

Sign Contract
We send you a contract proposal for your review. You share your changes or suggestions - we’re happy to tailor it to your needs. Once we are aligned on the terms, we finalize everything with e-signature to keep things smooth, secure, and official.
We will handle the rest!

Secure Data Collection
We gather the necessary information to determine a the appropriate Form 990 for your organization. This includes your Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet for the relevant filing period, a copy of your most recent Form 990 filing (if available), and responses to a secure intake questionnaire provided via Google Forms.

Form Entry & Verification
Using the documentation you provide and your previous Form 990 filing, we we accurately input your information into the an online filing system. To ensure consistency and compliance, all data is carefully reviewed, and numerical entries are independently verified for accuracy.

Draft Approval
You will receive a draft copy of the completed Form 990 for your review. We encourage you to discuss the document with your Board of Directors to ensure that all information is accurate and reflects your organization’s knowledge and understanding before submission.

Form Submission
The draft Form 990 will be updated to incorporate any requested revisions prior to final submission to the IRS.

Signature Form
You will receive a signature form for your electronic signature. Once signed, the form will be submitted to the IRS for verification and approval.

Final Copy
You will receive a final copy of your filing, accompanied by a verified signature form, confirming that your Form 990 has been accepted by the IRS.
