This service is usually included in the package availed of by existing clients. If you are new, there are only two things you need to do:

If you are a new client, we will send you a contract proposal for your review. You share your changes or suggestions - we’re happy to tailor it to your needs. Once we are aligned on the terms, we finalize everything with e-signature to keep things smooth, secure, and official.

Client Portal
We will provide access to a client portal where you will be able to securely attach documents, track the progress of the filing, and other related projects.

Account Lead
You will have an Account Lead assigned to you in case you have questions and clarifications about your vendors and filings.

Data Verification & Compliance Check
We verify vendor info for accuracy, identify and securely request for missing data, and ensure the correct 1099 form types are selected based on your transactions.

1099 Form Preparation & Filing
We prepare and review your 1099 forms, then securely e-file them with the IRS after your approval.

Distribution to Recipients
We send the 1099 forms to your contractors and vendors on time, ensuring compliance with the IRS deadline.

Post-Filing Support & Record Keeping
You’ll receive confirmation of filing, secure document storage, and help with any needed corrections or amendments.
